About Becky

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I live in the beautiful, evergreen Pacific Northwest with my amazing wife and a spirited household of dogs and cats, where every day offers a reminder of the importance of balance, connection, and growth.

For 25 years, I worked in the life sciences sector, proudly supporting groundbreaking scientific research. Along the way, I developed a deep passion for organizational leadership, team management, and talent development, guided by evidence-based practices like coaching. Now, as a nationally board-certified coach, I specialize in helping individuals achieve both personal and professional wellness through sustainable, meaningful change. My integrated coaching approach blends well-being, healthy habits, and growth-focused strategies to support you in creating a balanced and fulfilling life.

Over time, I’ve developed a set of guiding beliefs that shape my approach to both coaching and life. I believe that growth and change are essential to living - as Martha Stewart says, “When you’re through changing, you’re through.” I believe in balance (a glass of wine with a salad kind of balance). I believe that professional wellness and personal wellness are intertwined, and we should not need to suffer in one to succeed in the other. I believe that change shouldn’t rely on force-of-will and discipline; these are muscles, and muscles fatigue. I believe that change isn’t about domination, but is centered on being inspired, being open to learning new things, and having a smart plan. I believe that transformative change isn’t usually found in big, quick, dramatic moments, but is made up of small actions every day, actions that are do-able, sustainable, and aligned with your values. I believe that no matter where you are in your journey, you have opportunities and strengths that we can identify and leverage. I believe that your well-being is of value, and caring for yourself is not selfish but an essential act of love. I believe in the power of striving for more and am dedicated to helping you achieve your goals.

Whether you're tackling big life changes or making small adjustments, I would be honored to be part of your path toward a better, more fulfilling life!

Every life form seems to strive to its maximum except human beings. How tall will a tree grow? As tall as it possibly can. Human beings, on the other hand, have been given the dignity of choice. You can choose to be all, or you can choose to be less. Why not stretch up to the full measure of the challenge and see what all you can do?

About Coaching

Coaching isn’t the person on the sidelines with a whistle yelling at you (you will not be required to run laps, I promise). Coaching isn’t therapy. Coaching is a practice grounded in science to help you achieve personal and professional goals through guided support, feedback, and accountability. Coaching helps you get clear on what matters, break it down into meaningful steps that fit your life right now, and help you move forward with confidence, so that you can stretch up to the full measure of the challenge and see just what all you can do.

Why choose integrated coaching?

Your health and well-being are the cornerstones of everything you do. Without the energy, clarity, and resilience to face challenges, even the best-laid plans can falter. Integrative coaching begins with you - your habits, your mindset, and your vision for a healthier, more fulfilling life. By blending the strengths of executive coaching with the insights of wellness coaching, my program will help guide you to thrive in every dimension of your life.
